When you place an order online, you will have the opportunity to check the details of your order and correct any

with the details of your order which should include details of the items ordered, price, your name, address, e-mail and telephone number together with a cheque. When you send this letter you are making an offer to buy. Your goods will be reserved on receipt of the letter and sent once the cheque has cleared. Cheques should be made payable to 'JSURF'.
From non-UK countries
JSURF can accpet order from the EU only, but all orders will be verified and we may ask for further proof of
credit card ownership. We resrve the right to refuse any order where we cannot verify payment. |

We currently post process direct credit card payments. This means that no payment is take until we are
actually ready to despatch your goods. Your credit card details are fully SSL encrypted until they reach us.

We accept payment by paypal from verified accounts. Paypal payments are by their nature taken immediately.

Delivery is costed on an individual basis and standard delivery will be via Royal Mail and Parceforce 48 hour service.
Please note that an extra delivery charge may be applicable for non-standard delivery.
If you would like a faster or alternative method of delivery (eg insured), please contact us to enquire.

UK - 2-3 working days
Europe - 3-5 working days
These are approximate delivery times. We cannot be held responsible if any products take longer than the specified delivery times.
Delivery costs - we make every effort to quote an accurate delivery price on your order, but it is not always possible to get this absolutely right. If we need to adjust your delivery cost upwards then we will always contact you first, we will not contact you for redcutions in the postage price and will just credit your order accordingly. |

CANCELLATIONS |

By law you may cancel from the day of the order and up to 7 (seven) working days after the day on which you receive the goods. This right of cancellation does not apply to any goods which have been made to your specification or personalised. We must have written notice of your cancellation.
You will receive a full refund within 30 (thirty) days of cancellation in the same format that you paid for the goods ie. either by cheque or through PayPal by credit or debit card as applicable. If the goods have already been despatched, you must handle them with reasonable care and they should be returned to us in their original condition at your own cost by courier, Special Delivery or equivalent. The goods to be returned should be wrapped securely in their original packaging. If the original packaging is not available similar packaging should be used to provide secure packaging for the transit of the goods. Goods should be returned to:
